Traditional and automated construction

Unique and extraordinary in the construction sector

What is "traditional automated construction"?
Danilith combines automation with the use of traditional materials.
The result is a traditional house of optimal quality.

The Danilith-system: unique in the construction sector!
The largest part of the construction takes place in our workshops. Thanks to the unique, traditional but automated system, everything is perfectly under control and not influenced by bad weather. This ends in extraordinary quality and an important gain of time.

The production of the walls is built flat.
The walls are constructed layer by layer with a computerized robot.
A.  Handmade Benor approved facing brick and 4,5 cm deep frost-free joint.
B.  A layer of steel fiber concrete with the necessary reinforcement
C.  An isolation layer of polyurethane of 7 cm
D.  A Layer of light concrete (expanded clay) of 9 cm
E.  A layer of spray filler.(on the yard)

Outside walls
The outside walls (+/- 25 cm) consist of:
  • Handmade Benor approved facing brick (module 50) and 4,5 cm deep frost-free joint
  • A layer of steel fiber concrete of +/- 5cm with the necessary reinforcement
  • An isolation layer of polyurethane of 7 cm
  • A Layer of light concrete (expanded clay) +/- 10 cm
  • The jointing of outside walls are provided (standard with no 1 white) color.
Between foundation beams and the outside walls a felt is provided to protect against moisture.
The facing bricks are afterwards treated with hydrofuge.

    Inner walls
The inner walls have a thickness of 10 cm or 15 cm according to the capacity in the building
They are constructed from light concrete (expanded clay).

All vertical electrical piping is embedded in the distribution boxes.

Finishing: The outer- and inner walls are finished off with a layer of spray filler.
